Heating and Ventilation Requirements
The healthy homes standards became law on 1 July 2019.
The healthy homes standards introduce specific and minimum standards for heating, insulation, ventilation, moisture ingress and drainage, and draught stopping in rental properties.
Often we are handed Healthy Homes Heating Reports which have been done by so-called “assessors”. In our experience, many of these assessors have no idea how to properly input the correct information into the Heating Calculator, therefore inflating the size of Heat Pump required, meaning you could end up spending hundreds more than you need to on an oversized Heat Pump.
We can also supply and install rangehoods and bathroom fans to suit Healthy Homes requirements.
